Land & Property

Land and Property disputes can arise in a large number of situations. The dispute may be related to land ownership, perhaps a boundary dispute between neighbouring heritable proprietors or a dispute about planning and environmental issues. Or a dispute may arise between landlord and tenant, either in the private sector or in the public sector. Disputes may also arise in connection with trusts or the succession to testate or intestate estate.
