Employment Law is a particular speciality of the Hastie Stable, whose members include some of Scotland’s and England’s leading counsel in this field. We provide advice and representation for Employment Tribunals and appeals to the Employment Appeal Tribunal and beyond, and also for claims in court. Members have many years of hands-on experience of trade union, local government and employers’ perspectives on the relevant issues, as well as that of the employee.
