Areas of Practice

Criminal & Disciplinary

Our senior and junior counsel have extensive court-room experience of defending and prosecuting criminal trials. Many are also skilled in advising on and presenting criminal appeals against conviction and sentence. We are also able to offer counsel with relevant experience in Proceeds of Crime applications. The qualities possessed by our first class criminal lawyers are the same qualities required to secure justice in professional and other disciplinary proceedings, and we have counsel with experience of such procedures. Some of our counsel have published and taught in particular areas of criminal or disciplinary matters. Please refer to the headings on the left for a list of counsel with relevant experience in that field.
