Linda Marsh is involved in the long running public sector pay case of North & Ors. v Dumfries & Galloway Council. The case has been listed for a hearing in the Supreme Court on 10 and 11 October 2012. Linda Marsh, who has represented the Council from the first hearing in the Employment Tribunal in 2007 is due to appear together with senior counsel.
