Graeme called to the Bar in 1987 and has since practiced in a wide range of Civil Litigation. He has appeared before most courts up to and including the Land Court and Lands Tribunal. Graeme’s principal areas of practise include Media Law, Land disputes, Commercial disputes and Professional Negligence. He has acted for both publishers and pursuers in media issues relating to defamation, privacy and confidentiality, and has appeared as junior counsel in two Defamation Jury trials. Graeme is thoughtful and capable. His broad experience of Civil Law means that he brings common sense and practical hands-on advice to cases in which he is involved.
