Since calling at the Bar Alasdair has undertaken a wide variety of Civil Litigation work with his principal interest being Employment and Equality Law, and related contract and delict matters.  

He regularly appears in Employment Tribunals, the Employment Appeal Tribunal, Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland and the Court of Session.
