Rowallan Castle

An application for Scheduled Monument Consent for works to Rowallan Castle has been refused by the Scottish Government, after a Public Local Inquiry in Ayrshire. Senior Counsel for the Scottish Government at the Inquiry was Laura Dunlop Q.C., of the Hastie Stable
