The Clerks in the Hastie Stable are committed to providing a fast and responsive service. They offer a modern, flexible and friendly approach.
The Hastie Stable Clerks are committed to assisting you efficiently. They periodically seek the views of clients on the level of service which they offer.
They are always open to suggestions as to how their service may be improved to meet individual needs and welcome comments from agents. As a result of recent feedback received they have implemented a system for providing agents with accurate timescales for written work. Should delays be expected in the return of work the Clerks will contact those instructing in good time in order that other arrangements can be made if necessary.
The Clerks assist with a realistic and flexible approach to fees. They are always willing to discuss individual requirements in advance and are happy to provide fee quotes for all work upon request.
The Clerks always endeavour to provide the right Advocate for the individual needs of those instructing and to that end are also happy to recommend Counsel who are members of other Stables when appropriate.
