After undertaking his Apprenticeship at Dundas and Wilson, Daniel worked for a year with Brodies and Tutored in European Institutions at the University of Edinburgh. From 1983 – 1984 Daniel undertook litigation work before the European Court of Justice and advisory work at the European Community Law Office in Brussels. Within the civil field Daniel specialises in Family and Reparation work. His practical experience has included a number of demanding cases.
