Jacqueline called to the English Bar in 1995 and undertook her pupillage in the leading Planning Chambers of 4 Breams Buildings and 2 Harcourt Buildings (now Francis Taylor Building, Inner Temple). Since calling to the Scots Bar in 1997, Jacqueline has developed a practice in all areas of Administrative law including education, housing and social security law. In addition to this, she has developed a practice in all aspects of property law and has appeared in a number of planning inquiries for Clients who have ranged from local authorities and major supermarkets.

Jacqueline has a practical talent in planning and judicial review cases which result in her receiving acclaim from those instructing.
