James called to the Bar in 2004 after gaining over 12 years experience of general Civil Court work as a Solicitor. This experience enables him to empathise with the demands put on Solicitors and thus can tailor his service accordingly. He has appeared in both the Court of Session and Sheriff Court and has conducted Appeals before the Sheriff Principal.
James’s unassuming practical nature means that he has the ability to put the case in perspective from the outset. He is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, good value and excellent with clients.
