Since calling at the Bar Alasdair has undertaken a wide variety of Civil Litigation work with his principal interest being Employment and Discrimination Law. He is regularly instructed to represent both employers and employees across a wide spectrum of industry sectors. He is also regularly instructed in boardroom disputes and SME litigation. Alasdair regularly appears in Employment Tribunals, the Employment Appeal Tribunal, Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland and the Court of Session.
