As junior counsel Donald has gained a broad experience of most areas of civil law.

Whilst Donald has a depth of knowledge in a large number of areas, he has particular expertise in Reparation, Professional Negligence, Planning and Contract.  He has also recently been appointed to be General Standing Junior to the Advocate General.

Donald’s polite demeanour and dedicated attitude make him a pleasure to instruct. He adopts a flexible approach in all areas of his work including fee rendering. High quality advice and advocacy characterise his approach.
