Graeme trained as a solicitor in Edinburgh and Glasgow. He gained invaluable experience as a Commercial Litigation solicitor in private practice for 12 years where he specialised in Insolvency work prior to calling at the Bar.

Since becoming an Advocate Graeme continues to be instructed in a variety of Commercial and Insolvency matters. He is keen to develop and deepen his practice in that area. Graeme also has an interest in Employment Law and has recently appeared before the Employment Tribunal.

Graeme’s experience makes him a great choice for cases with Insolvency elements.

Graeme is a member of the Faculty of Advocates Mediation & Dispute Resolution Group.

Graeme has recently given a number of talks on the impact of the new Bankruptcy and Diligence Legislation.
